One of the services that MDESystems offers to customers is to build a windows application to customer defined specification.  The application would be built using the latest version of the .Net framework to ensure that you application could be expanded at a later date.  It would be built around an object orientated design pattern and if required, the source code can be purchased for an additional fee.
