Longbows' aim is to minimise the day to day administration that is required to run
an Archery Club. To enable us to do this, Longbows design model is a mirror
of the organisational hierachy of an Archery Club.
It covers ALL available disciplines not just Target Archery and
Longbow enables you to maintain EVERY aspect of your club.
The functionality is split into these three main areas;
- My Clubs
- My Archers
- My Records
My Clubs include tasks such as;
- Maintain your Clubs general details such as address details etc.
- Maintain your Clubs Members.
- Maintain your Clubs Officers.
My Archers include recording their;
- Address Details
- Affiliation Details
- Attained Awards
My Recordsheets include tasks such as;
- Recording Scoresheets
- Calculating Handicaps
- Calculating Classifications
- Maintaining Club Records
- Recording Championship/Tournament Results *
NB. Unlike some of our competitors solutions, Longbow 2008 allows you to enter
Recordsheets in any order.
