My Clubs - Membership Tab

The screen shown below is the Membership Tab on the My Clubs Dialog.

MyClubs - Membership Tab

This tab enables you to manage the clubs committee members. Once an archer has been made a member of the club (see the membership tab), they can then be given a position on the committee.

You can manage the available roles using the Club Roles Dialog.  This is access through the Management menu on the main screen.

The tab itself has two tab pages, one to add new members and one to manage current members.  The tab shown above allows you to add archers as members of the club.

The screen shown below shows you the 'Manage Existing Members' tab.

You can move members from one list to another by 'Dragging and Dropping' them or alternatively, highlight them in the list and right click on your mouse.

Right clicking your mouse in a list will also give you other useful options like emailing your members.

If you want to view/amend the archers details you can access the MyArchers dialog by double clicking on the item you want to amend.

Once an archer is made a member of the club, they will start to contribute to that clubs club records (as in best scores). Details of their membership will also be shown on the 'Other' tab on the MyArchers Dialog
