My Clubs - Club Records Tab

The screen shown below is the Club Records Tab on the My Clubs Dialog.

Once an archer is made a member of a club, any recordsheets that are added through the MyRecords Facility will automatically start to contribute to that clubs Club Records (as in best scores).

If you already have a list of the clubs current records, these should be entered prior to adding any recordsheets into the system and the screen shown above gives you that facility.

You will notice on this screen shot that most of the items in the list have a recordsheet icon shown next to them.  This means that they have a corresponding record in longbow.  This recordsheet can be viewed by double clicking the item.  The one item in the list without an icon indicates that this record was added through this screen and therefore there was no corresponding recordsheet.

You can also view the history of a record (see image below) by right clicking on the record and selecting 'View Club History' from the menu. This history will tell you who broke the record, with what score and when. It also contains links to the recordsheets where applicable.
